(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from putting up/building subway under L.C. No.467 situating at Ilanthaikulam Village, Kamuthakkudi Post, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering my representation dated 27.08.2018 within a time frame.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1, 3 & 4 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the pending representation of the petitioner is directed to be considered by the fourth respondent. 4.In such view of the matter, keeping in mind the limited scope judicial review in such matters, we merely call upon the respondent No.4 to look into the complaint of petitioner dated 27.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
