Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus respondents 1 to 3 from releasing the sale deed in Doc.No.100/2019 dated 09.07.2019 pertaining to the registration of 20 acres of vacant land in Avaniyapuram Village pending on the file of the 3rd respondent office and subsequently to restrain the 5th respondent from registering remaining 50 acres of vacant land in Avaniyapuram and Chinthamani Village in Survey Numbers already registered in favour of the petitioner and pending on the file of the fourth respondent office and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry on the same by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
