Common Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue current working condition certificate to the petitioner as required under the prequalification document for CRIDP-2017-2018 pursuant to tender Notice No.09/2017-18/H.D.O./Dated 24.11.2017 for Package Nos.77 to 84 & No.10/2017-18/H.D.O./Dated 28.11.2017 for Package Nos.85 to 92 respectively under CRIDP 2017-18 in respect of Pudukottai (H) C & M Division on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2017 & 15.12.2017 respectively forthwith to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender.

COMMON ORDER The Writ Petitions have been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to issue current working condition certificate enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that already the certificate has been issued enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender scheduled to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

held on 25.01.2018 and also a copy of the same has been produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he did not receive the certificate from the second respondent. 4.In the above circumstances, it is made clear that even if the petitioner did not receive the certificate issued by the second respondent, the petitioner can be permitted to participate in the tender.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, these Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
