This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2020 and to take necessary action upon the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1/3
would submit that on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2020, an enquiry has already been conducted by the fourth respondent, namely, Additional Superintendent of Police, Prevention of Crime against Women and Children Wing, Madurai District. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai, in turn, submitted the same to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Madurai and he will pass the final orders.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Madurai, is directed to pass orders on the report submitted by the fourth respondent/Additional Superintendent of Police, Prevention of Crime against Women and Children Wing, Madurai District, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
