The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to conclude the enquiry in CSR No.131 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2025 was duly enquired in CSR No.131 of 2025 and the 2/4
same was also closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
