This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to dispose the C.C.No.115 of 2017 within a time as framed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioners that this miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.
