ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to wordy quarrel with regard to the land dispute, the defacto complainant lodged a false complaint against the petitioner herein and others. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that petition enquiry is pending in this case and hence, he requested this court to post the matter on some other day. This petition came up for hearing on 16.07.2019, on that date the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has represented the same thing and today(i.e.(23.07.2019) also she has submitted that the complaint is still pending for enquiry. However, she fairly conceded that only wordy quarrel arose between the parties with regard to land dispute.
6.Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, interim anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner till the registration of the FIR and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. 7.In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
8.If a regular case is registered, this order will become infructuous and the petitioner will have to apply afresh for anticipatory bail.
