Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has chosen to move this Court for partition of the suit property.

3.I am of the view that it is not open to the petitioner to seek such a remedy in the Writ Court. It is for the writ petitioner to work out her remedies before the appropriate civil forum.

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
