RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court by its order dated 29.07.2021 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 10115 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10115 of 2021, dated 29.07.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.09.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 07.08.2021 to 26.08.2021 and thereafter, he did not comply with the same.

CRL MP(MD) No.6578 of 2021 5.The petition is accordingly dismissed.
