The case of the writ petitioner is that the District Collector, Dindigul by communication dated 25.02.2016, addressed to the Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue Department, recommended issuance of free house site patta in favour of the wrti petitioner. The writ petitioner is about aged 95 years. He is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ freedom fighter.

2.Considering the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue Department to pass appropriate orders based on the recommendation of the District Collector, Dindigul sent vide letter dated 25.02.2016 in Na.Ka.En.15882/2013/o3, on or before 31.01.2018.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader is instructed to intimate the Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue Department, without waiting for the order copy.

4. The Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue Department, Chennai is suo motu impleaded as a fourth respondent.
