ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner relating to the missing of Original Passport No.K7807784 dated 03.05.2013 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.04.2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the missing of his passport, he lodged a complaint on 23.04.2019 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. Even after completing 7-months, the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in those kind of complaints, the person who asked passport has to register the complaint through online. Whereas, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the website not even open till today and as such it is not in service.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court deem fit to direct the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner regarding missing of passport bearing No.K7807784, within a period of Two Weeks from the date or receipt of a copy of the order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
