The petitioner has approached this Court seeking transfer of investigation of the case in Cr.No.122 of 2024 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the case itself has been registered only on 23.04.2024 and they are waiting for expert opinion. The final report would be filed, within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct the investigation in Cr. 2/4

No.122 of 2024 in appropriate manner and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
