Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 24.11.2015 seeking for grant of separate patta for the petitioner in respect of S.No.1/1A1B1 A1 Sekkalaikottai Village, Karaikudi Sub-Division.

4. Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.
