2.The petitioner presented her document for registration on 28.11.2017. Her grievance is that till date it has not been registered. She has given a representation in this regard on 05.12.2017. However, the same was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2017, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
