Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners are agriculturists. They had insured their crops. According to them, they suffered loss and seek payment of the insurance amount.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Insurance Company / third respondent submitted that the first petitioner had already been paid a certain sum of rupees and that a further sum of Rs.32,102.68 is to be paid. As regards Anjugam, a sum of Rs.13,933/- is to be paid. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, I 2/4

direct the third respondent to pay the balance amount not only to the first petitioner but also to the second petitioner. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms.
