Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Commission to implead the petitioner as the Appellant in the place of the petitioner's deceased brother in the Second Appeal pending on the file of the 1st respondent Commission based on the petitioner's petition dated 08.11.2017 made to the 1st respondent Commission.

2.The petitioner's brother had moved the first respondent and sought certain information. He has since passed away. The petitioner now wants to come on record her as the appellant in the place of her brother in the second appeal pending on the file of the 1st respondent Commission. She has given a representation dated 08.11.2017 in this regard.

3.There is no such provision in law. It is always open to the petitioner to apply afresh to seek information which her brother originally sought. In this view of the matter, no relief can be granted by this Court.
