ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner's name in the Biochemistry Speciality Seniority List as per the norms prescribed by the Medical Council of India and also to sanction the monetary benefits from January 2009 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016 and to pass orders, within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
