PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue patta in respect of S.NO.1/1A1B1A1A2A1A1A1A in Sekkalaikottai, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District to the petitioner on the basis of representation dated 23.11.2015.

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 23.11.2015 seeking for grant of patta in respect of S.NO.1/1A1B1A1A2A1A1A1A in Sekkalaikottai, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

4. Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
