ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to issue patta in respect of the land situated in Survey No.149/2 with an extent of 0.85 cents, situated in Manjanaickenpatti, Sholapuram Post, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukdi District, by considering his representation dated 07.12.2024. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the subject property has been classified as Ananthinam and the petitioner has not

produced any documents to prove his right over the said property. In these circumstances, the request made by the petitioner may not be favorably considered by the respondents.

4.In view of the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to submit the documents in support of his claim before the respondent along with a fresh representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of fresh representation along with the documents substantiating the claim of the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
