Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conduct the appropriate enquiry and measure the properties comprised in S.F.No.536/16C old S.F.No.536/16B extent of 0.01.50 Ares and S.F.No.544A/3P old S.F.No.344A/3B extent of 0.00.85 of Mudumothanmozhi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, consequently issued the separate patta in favour of the petitioner's sons namely M.Mahendran and M.Vijendran on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2017.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has moved the fourth respondent for measurement of his property and for issuance of separate patta in favour of his sons. He has submitted a representation dated 21.03.2017 in this regard.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no rival claim in the matter. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on or before 31.03.2018.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
