2.The petitioner was the successful bidder in the public auction conducted by the respondent in respect of fishing rights for Arunthavapratti Kulam village. His lease period is over. The petitioner however seeks extension of his lease period. He has given a representation dated 18.12.2017 in this regard. 3.This Court directs the respondent to consider the said representation. The respondent shall dispose of the same on or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before 31.01.2018.

4.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
