Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in the patta for the subject land, there is a wrong entry as regards name. She seeks correction of the entry in the patta. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 12.08.2016 in this regard. Till date, the respondent has not disposed of the same. The respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2018.
3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
