ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation to approve and regularize her appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry in the fourth respondent College with effect from 16.06.2010 and grant all her service and monetary benefits for the period from 16.06.2010.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the third respondent University that the petitioner's representation was already considered by the University and a rejection order has been passed on 10.10.2019.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.10.2019, if she is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
