This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.240 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit stating that no further action is required in this First Information Report.
