ORDER

The wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tenkasi.

2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience and on the ground that the life of the petitioner would be in danger, if she is to go to Ambasmudram. It is alleged that the husband is having illicit intimacy with another woman, whose husband had attempted to assault the petitioner, when she went to Ambasamudram for hearing of the case.

3.Though served, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through Counsel duly instructed.

4.From the claims made in the affidavit, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a ground for transfer of OP from Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram to Subordinate Court, Tenkasi. 5.In view of the above, H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram, is withdrawn and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD)No.312 of 2020 transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, to be disposed of in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs.
