Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is presently working as medical officer. He was appointed way back in the year 1995. He was on medical leave during 2017. The said period has not been regularised till date. The petitioner had given a representation in this regard.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
