Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he is entitled to receive the subsidy under a scheme known as the Poultry Venture Capital Fund (SUBSIDY) Scheme.

3.The petitioner submits that the third respondent had already given a recommendation letter dated 01.07.2016, but the first respondent is yet to take action in the matter. The first respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's request for such disbursement in accordance with law and take a decision on or before 30.01.2018.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
