ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the respondents, and this Court made the following order: This Petition has been filed seeking to restore the SA(MD)No.156 of 2018,which was dismissed for default on 13.06.2018. There is no objection on the side of the respondents. This Petition is ordered. List the appeal for final hearing on 12.04.2019.
