ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.126 of 2021. 2.By the order dated 10.11.2022, this Court directed the learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.126 of 2021, pending on his file, within a period of six months. Now, the learned District Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted. The learned District Judge, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
