Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take expedite action on the petitioner's petition Na.Ka.No.A36/2014 and Na.Ka.No.182/2016 and provide order copy of the same within a period fixed by this Hon'ble Court which is relating to creating documents for the petitioner's property in Town Survey No.1846, Block No.20, Ward No.4, New T.S.No.32, admeasuring 27 cents situated at Melapalayam, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Selvam For 1st Respondent : Mr.M.Alagathevan Special Government Pleader.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has filed Civil suit in O.S.No.573 of 2005, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli against the third parties. It appears that in the said suit the private respondents have given evidence.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have given false evidence. He has therefore given a complaint in this regard to the first respondent. It is for the petitioner to pursue his civil case. He cannot invoke writ remedy to wreak vengeance on public officials whose evidence has apparently been in favour of the defendants. concerned to accept or reject such evidence. It cannot give rise to departmental proceedings. There is no merit in this writ petition.

4.It stands dismissed. No costs.
