2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the subject land. She has given a representation in this regard on 04.12.2017. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim.

4.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2018. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
