The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent/Sub Registrar, Alanganallur, Madurai District, to register a sale deed presented by the petitioner in Temporary File Number.TP/149712088/2023 dated 03.05.2023. The petitioner had given a representation on 09.05.2023.

2. The petitioner had submitted the said document for registration through online. The token was also given. But the document is still kept pending by the second respondent.

3. The second respondent/Sub Registrar, Alanganallur, Madurai District, may take a decision either to register the document, if it is otherwise in order, or if for any reason it could not be registered, 2/4

then issue a refusal check slip so that the petitioner can take up the issue further in manner known to law. This exercise of either taking a decision to register, or to issue a refusal check slip should be taken on or before 30.06.2023.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
