O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 4 to provide employment to the petitioner continuously under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Grantee Act, 2012 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 14.06.2021 and 16.06.2021. 1/3

2. Mr.S. Shanmugavel, learned counsel for State takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent herein vide resolution dated 26.01.2020, appointed her as field in-charge of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme and accordingly, she was working as field in-charge under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Grantee Act. Suddenly, on 10.06.2020, the 4th respondent informed her that she was removed from the post and new person has been appointed as field in charge. Hence, the petitioner has sent representations dated 14.06.2021 and 16.06.2021 to the respondents, but, the same have not been considered by them. In such, circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 to 4 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.06.2021 and 16.06.2021 respectively, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, this Court makes it clear that this Court has not decided any issue on merits with regard to subject matter in the Writ Petition
