ORDER

The fifth accused in P.R.C.No.15 of 2013 has filed this petition for a direction to expedite the proceedings. 2.It is seen from the records that an F.I.R was registered in the year 2011 and thereafter, the final report was filed in the year 2013 for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 and 307 IPC. From that point of time, the case is kept pending, even without committal on the ground that A2 and A4 are absconding. 3.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai is directed to serve the copies to A1, A3, A5, A6 and A7 and show A2 and A4 are absconding accused. Thereafter, commit the case to the concerned jurisdictional Court. After committal, the concerned jurisdictional Court may split up the case insofar as A1, A3, A5, A6 and A7 and proceed with the framing of charges and thereafter, conduct trial and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
