2. The petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant (Maths) in an aided school on 08.08.2011. It is obvious that her appointment is after the cut-off date (ie.) on 29.07.2011. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
