Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 19.10.2016 by taking note of the order dated 05.04.2017 passed in W.P.(MD). No.12767 of 2010 on the file of this Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both the parties the main Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner is serving as Municipal employee. He was visited with an order of suspension. Aggrieved by the same, he filed an appeal before the first respondent on 28.12.2015. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appeal was dismissed by the first respondent on 19.07.2016. Wanting to take advantage of certain subsequent developments, the petitioner herein filed Revision Petition before the first respondent on 19.10.2016. A reminder was also submitted on 03.05.2017.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the Government has to consider the said representation.
5.The first respondent is therefore directed to dispose of the said Revision Petition dated 19.10.2016 and the reminder dated 03.05.2017 in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2018. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
