ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2017.

2. According to the petitioner, the representation dated 09.12.2017 given by him seeking fixation of salary has not been considered by the respondents. Seeking appropriate directions, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing

any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
