This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.110 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that after investigation, the matter has been referred as mistake of fact on 15.08.2016.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the RCs notice has not been served on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to
immediately serve the RCS notice to the petitioner. With liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the appropriate court and proceed further in accordance with law.
