ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.11 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The petitioner is the victim girl and according to her she became pregnant and gave birth a child and it is the accused person, who is responsible for the same.

3.This petition was filed on the ground that the respondent police took hasty steps to close the F.I.R., as mistake of fact. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the accused person is juvenile. The respondent police have already sent sample for DNA test and the report has also been received by the respondent police. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the police have already taken the statements of all the witnesses and also the victim girl.

5.At this stage, this Court does not deem it fit to transfer the investigation, since the investigation is almost over. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
