Prayer WP.(MD)No.6145 of 2020:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second respondent to return all the Petitioner's original Certificates and testimonials as mentioned in his representation dated 01.05.2020 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court so as to enable him to join DNB PDCET course in the last week of May 2020. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for Mr. M.E. Ilango, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. V. Om.Prakash, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- along with accrued interest deposited by him in favour of the Registrar Judicial in fixed deposit Account No.6878147838 drawn at Indian Bank, Madurai High Court Branch, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they are ready to give appointment order to the petitioner within a period of one month.

3. If the first respondent is willing to give a job to the petitioner, what are the steps to be followed for providing job will be taken and appropriate orders will be passed. If there is any difficulty, the petitioner can approach the authorities concerned after one month.
