ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conduct a fair investigation and also filed a final report in Crime No.6 of 2019 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.6 of 2019, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi on 07.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that after completing investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, nothing survives for further adjudication.
