Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was running a mutton stall in the weekly market in Usilampatti, Madurai District. It appears that he was evicted by the authorities.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due process of law was not followed. The petitioner has therefore given a representation dated 15.12.2017 Usilampatti, Madurai District for restoration of his mutton stall and seeking alternative site to relocate his shop in any other place within the Usilampatti Weekly market.

4.It is for the third respondent to take a decision in the matter. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the matter on or before 28.02.2018.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
