Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.222 of 2000 on the file of the learned II Additional Sub-Judge, Trichy, for the offences punishable under Sections 450, 395 r/w, 397 I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.148 of 1998 on the file of the learned II Additional Sub-Judge, Trichy. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 31.12.2004. The case against the petitioner got split up in S.C.No.222 of 2000. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Sub-Judge, Trichy, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
