This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to conduct proper enquiry and investigation and laid final report in Crime No.681 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after investigation, the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and report to that effect was also despatched to the jurisdictional Court, ie., learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru on 22.12.2021 and closure report has also been issued to the complainant namely Velraj, S/o.Arumugasamy.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action in this matter.
