ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 28.05.2025 and consequently to direct the second respondent to grant permission and give adequate police protection for conducting Valli Thirumanam Nadagam on 21.06.2025 night at about 10.00 pm to 05.00 am at Arulmigu Manjal Neer Kaattu Ayyanar Temple, Pappanpatti Village, Konnathanpatti, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2/5
2.The learned counsel appearing for the trustee raised serious objection that the petitioner herein has not made any application for conducting Valli Thirumana Nadagam and one Arumugam has only made application and the same was rejected through the impugned order.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a petition afresh through the said Arumugam. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
