2. Mr.I.G.Ivyn, learned counsel for M/s.Isaac Chambers, who accepts notice for R1 expresses no objection to the condonation of delay of 53 days in filing the Writ Appeal. R2 is the school and is unserved.
3. However, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 53 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 31.10.2025.
