For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in cr.no.200 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 435 of IPC, in Crime No.200 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that FIR has been registered under Section 435 of IPC, which is bailable one. The present petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
