Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABRAR MD ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.MP(MD).No.3900 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18540 of 2021 dated 10.06.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 10.06.2021 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6656 of 2021.
