************ [Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the copy of answer sheet for Translation Paper, Law Paper - 1, Law Paper - 2 and Law Paper - 3 written by the petitioner for the Civil Judge Preliminary Exam, 2023, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024.

2.Heard Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.Insofar as the prayer that has been sought for herein by the petitioner, pursuant to his representation dated 19.06.2024, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, that kind of prayers has come not only from the petitioner but from several other candidates and one by one, the 2/5

prayers are considered and the answer sheets are provided. Like that, so far as the prayer of the petitioner is concerned, the same also would be considered and the needful would be undertaken. 4.The said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent is taken on record. 5.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2024 and do the needful as indicated above, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
