The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.07.2016 to the second respondent to attach the deposited amount in Finance India Limited, Mumbai by Lakshwarya Agro Farms Private Company to the tune of Rs.2,85,00,300/- through Axis Bank, Dindigul Branch.

2. Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
